About Our Business
Christenbury Home Inspection began doing inspections in 1990 when we
were a construction company. We continued doing inspections under our
construction company license until 1996 when the state of North Carolina
began regulating home inspections. In 1997 we became licensed to
perform home inspections and we have been doing home inspections and
other type inspections until now. In 2000 we quit operating our
construction company and have concentrated solely on our inspection
business.
Christenbury Home Inspection is licensed in North Carolina to perform
Home Inspections, and we are a member of the North Carolina Licensed
Home Inspection Association, and the National Association of Certified
Home Inspectors. Inspections are performed by a certified master
inspector. Christenbury Home Inspection is insured with Professional
E&O Insurance and General Liability Insurance.
Christenbury Home Inspection is located in Mooresville, NC and serves
all of Lake Norman and surrounding counties. We are willing to travel
about 60 miles and routinely perform inspections in the following
counties; Mecklenburg, Iredell, Cabarrus, Rowan, Catawba, Lincoln,
Gaston, Burke, Alexander and Wilkes. We have performed inspections
much further on special request.

Association and Olin Christenbury holds the ESA designations of; CMI
(Certified Mold Inspector ), CMIA ( Certified Mold Investigator and
Assessor ), CAI ( Certified Allergen Inspector ), CIAQT ( Certified
Indoor Air Quality Technician ) and RADON (NEHA Certified ) .
